This impressive home, located at 140 West Tomlin Station Rd. in Mickleton, NJ, recently sold for $917,500. We couldn’t be more proud of our very own Tim Kerr for his work as the listing agent on this sale. This home ranks not only as the second highest sale in the county in 2018, with the number one being a new construction home that closed $355,050 above original list price due to the upgrades added to the base model.  It was is also in the top ten for most expensive Gloucester County sales in the past ten years. Only ten homes have sold for over $900,000 in Gloucester County since 2008. To say this property is in an elite group would be an understatement.

This gorgeous home and 70 acres of land was sold for 95.7% of the original list price. On the estate, you will find a custom built home, an 1,800 square foot barn, and even a woodland stream! It was only on the market for 148 days before it sold. For other homes in this same price bracket in our area, the average amount of time on the market is more than 250 days. *
